Meet Bailey, manager at Ataraxia Pet Care! With a passion for connecting people and pets, Bailey supports both clients and the Ataraxia team, daily! She helps with scheduling, communication & coordination!

Meet Stacie, she’s our go-to for drop-ins and brings a true love for dogs into everything she does. Stacie is flexible, caring, and often joined by her golden retriever, Lowa, who even works alongside her in a foster youth program. Lowa tags along for overnights—making them extra fun for pups who love a doggy friend! Together, Stacie and Lowa are a duo full of love, joy, and playful energy.

Meet Whitney! She’s studying at GVSU and loves spending her free time with pets. While she doesn’t have any of her own right now, her heart is with her family’s 2 dogs & cats back home. Whitney helps with overnight stays—from quick weekends to week-long adventures—and fits in drop-ins whenever her clinical schedule allows.

Meet Sydney, with a warm presence, Sydney is a trusted sitter who provides many of our weekend overnights! Her flexible weekend availability has connected her with many of our clients and pets, she has quickly become a highly requested sitter with many repeat clients <3

Meet Sarah! Sarah started as a client of Ataraxia (we love her three kitties: lina, tria & junie) so she started knowing our level of care! Sarah is a detail- oriented cat and dog lover who is available for overnights and weekend drop ins!

Meet Alexis, a lover of all animals and works as a veterinary assistant! With her experience in vet med she is comfortable with all types of pets, including those with special needs or medications! She is available most weekends for drop ins & overnights as well!

Meet Brianne! She works remotely, which gives her the flexibility for drop-ins and overnight stays to keep pets happy and comfortable. At home, she has three delightfully chaotic kitties of her own and often volunteers at a local cat shelter.

Meet Lauren, located in the heart of cherry hill! She cares for pets during our lunchtime visits and weekend overnights! With her own interior design business, Lauren loves to carve out time for our clients!

Meet Lydia, with years of experience working in shelters and vet offices, Lydia brings knowledge and compassion to every pet she sits. She specializes in overnight care - but loves helping with drop ins when possible!

Meet Annabelle! With plenty of large-breed experience, she’s a natural when it comes to caring for pups of all shapes and sizes. Annabelle helps with doggy drop-ins and overnights! She brings warmth, playfulness, and love to every pet she meets. At home, she has her own adorable sidekick, Rocky (pictured above 🐾)

Meet Sarah! Sarah is a pet lover who recently graduated in Interior Design! Sarah is able to spend the night in your home with your pets: providing calm, attentive care!

Meet Nicole! She’s an independent yoga instructor in Grand Rapids, and when she’s not leading classes, she’s spending time with her pups or our clients. Nicole has two sweet dogs of her own, Stella and Beans, who keep life full of love. She’s open for plenty of drop-in walks and brings warmth and care to every visit.

Josie is a pet loving student, currently in graduate school for Physical Therapy! Josie is available for in home overnights where plenty of study sessions and nap dates will occur!
